Eslinger Named New Schuyler County Democratic Commissioner

There is a new Democratic Commissioner of the Schuyler County Board of Elections.

Brian Eslinger will serve the remaining unexpired term of Carolyn Elkins, which expires at the end of next year. Elkins and her deputy, Kathryn Elkins, both submitted their resignations last month.

The Odessa File reports Eslinger, who is on the Watkins Glen Planning Board, will start without a deputy and will have the option to fill that role.
