    IMPACTS
    The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
    Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Duo Accused of Stealing $100K+ in Ithaca Area

The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Ithaca is asking the public to take a close look at these photos.

These individuals in the photos stole over $104,000 from several individuals on September 9 and September 10 by making withdrawals from Virtual Teller Machines (VTM). The withdrawals took place at several VTMs in half a dozen locations within Tompkins, Cortland, and Onondaga Counties.
