A Dundee man avoided jail time after pleading guilty in Schuyler County Court to a felony charge of grand larceny.
33-year-old Joey Brizzee admitted to unlawfully entering the property in Schuyler County and stealing items worth more than $1,000.
Schuyler County Judge Matthew Hayden sentenced Brizzee to five years probation and issued an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
