The Village of Dundee has been awarded a $1 million Municipal Park Grant from New York State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation to upgrade Millard Park.
The project will bring several new features to the park, including a fully inclusive playground for children of all abilities, ADA-compliant walking trails with fitness stations, a new dog park, and fencing improvements around the basketball court and softball field.
In making the announcement, the village clerk’s office said, “We are thrilled to have been part of the grant application process and are so proud to see this project come to life. Millard Park is about to become an even more welcoming and vibrant space for all our residents. We can’t wait to share it with you.”
