A Tompkins County man will spend the next eight years in federal prison for possessing child pornography.
Randolph Bullock admitted in U.S. District Court in Syracuse to possessing child pornography that included images of prepubescents minors, on three separate devices between January 2018 and April 2021. The court also found that the 67-year-old Dryden man had a pattern of committing sexual abuse and exploiting two children who were four and six years old at the time of the abuse.
As part of his sentence, Bullock will also have to pay restitution of $3,000 to each of the two children. Bullock will serve a 20-year-period of supervised release and will be required to register as a sex offender.
