The 26th Annual Cruisin’ Night and Block Party in downtown Penn Yan returns to Main Street on Friday with a night of classic and antique vehicles lining up along Main Street. The annual event, which will run from 5:30 until 8 pm, is put on by the Yates County Chamber of Commerce.
The Black Robin Band will perform on stage from 6:00-8:00 pm on Jacobs Street. Their musical influences include rock, pop, and blues of the last 60 years.
In addition to many downtown restaurants, there will be other local food vendors such as Finger Lakes Plates, Dainty Donuts, Seneca Farms ice cream, and more.
Mozaic sponsors various children’s activities and treats and will be in front of Keuka Housing Council’s front lawn on Main Street.
Main Street in Penn Yan will close to vehicular traffic at 2:00 pm and registration for the event begins at 5:00 pm. If you’d like to register your vehicle for Cruisin’ Night, you can do so online, by phone, or in person at the Yates County Chamber of Commerce. Pre-registration will be accepted until Thursday.
The Chamber of Commerce would like to thank the band and stage sponsors, ServU Credit Union and del Lago Resort & Casino, and the t-shirt sponsors, WFLR Radio.
