30 children in Yates County are going to have a brighter Christmas holiday thanks to the annual “Cops, Kids, Toys” program put on by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Road patrol deputies and investigators handed out Christmas presents at 23 houses this week thanks to the generous donations of Yates County residents and the business community. Volunteers also assisted in the collection of gifts that were left at businesses around the county, as well as with wrapping.
