Chemung-Schuyler-Steuben Workforce is teaming up with SUNY Corning Community College to host a Regional Job Fair on Wednesday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Gymnasium at its Academic Drive location. This event is also sponsored by the NYS Department of Labor and GST BOCES.
Representatives from more than 60 regional employers, including Arnot Health, Chemung Canal Trust Company, Kennedy Valve, The Hilliard Corporation, Hardinge Inc., and New York State Department of Transportation will be on-site to meet with prospective employees interested in career opportunities.
There will be a wide range of employers within the local tri-county area – Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben – that have current job opportunities ranging from sales, technology and manufacturing, information technology, management, nursing, general labor, and much more. The event will provide candidates with an opportunity to build rapport with recruiters, ask questions, network, and share their resumes.
Job seekers are encouraged to pre-register for the event at www.corning-cc.edu/regional-job-fair. Those who pre-register and attend the Regional Job Fair will be eligible to win a Tommy Hilfiger gift card valued at $125.
