Centralus Health and Watkins Glen have teamed up ahead of the F.L.X. Summer Fest at The Glen, bringing what they say will be “an endless supply of food, beverage and entertainment to the heart of the Finger Lakes region.”
Centralus Health Presents F.L.X. Summer Fest at The Glen will take place July 18-20 at Watkins Glen International.
“We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Cayuga Health, now a part of Centralus Health, as we prepare for our newly revamped summer festival at The Glen,” said Dawn Burlew, President of Watkins Glen International. “Coming together to celebrate community, wellness, and the vibrant culture of our region is what F.L.X. Summer Fest is all about. We can’t wait for everyone to join us for great food and drinks, great entertainment and, most importantly, a great time.”
Centralus Health was formed this year through the affiliation of Cayuga Health and Arnot Health, two community-focused health systems in New York’s southern tier region. Centralus Health facilities include the Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca, Schuyler Hospital in Montour Falls, the Arnot Ogden Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Hospital in Elmira, and the Ira Davenport Memorial Hospital in Bath plus community-based outpatient offices across the region.
Cayuga Health and Watkins Glen International have been linked for many years through their ongoing partnership, which included serving as presenting partner for the Finger Lakes Wine Festival, now known as F.L.X. Summer Fest at The Glen.
“Centralus Health is thrilled to be the title sponsor of the inaugural F.L.X. Summerfest at The Glen. Cayuga Health, a member of Centralus Health, has been the Watkins Glen International Wellness Partner since 2017 and sponsor of the Walking Trail within the racetrack to promote physical activity and well-being,” said Melissa Tourtellotte, Chief Marketing Officer, Centralus Health. “Centralus Health and Watkins Glen share a commitment to community engagement and to keep our local communities healthy and strong. We are excited for this new opportunity to connect with our neighbors and visitors to the Finger Lakes.”
