SHARE NOW

Centralus Health has announced that Dr. Martin Stallone will step down as CEO on November 7, 2025, with Robert “Rob” Lawlis unanimously appointed by the Board of Directors as his successor.

Lawlis has been with Cayuga Health for 17 years and currently serves as CEO of both Cayuga Health Partners and Xtensys. He played a central role in implementing the Epic electronic health record system across Centralus Health and has led initiatives focused on health equity, cost management, and partnerships to improve care.

Dr. Stallone, who has led the organization since 2019, is credited with guiding Centralus Health through the COVID-19 pandemic and overseeing a period of significant growth. He will join Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and its parent company, The Lifetime Healthcare Companies, as Executive Vice President on December 1, 2025.

Board leaders said the transition reflects a long-standing succession plan designed to ensure continuity and stability.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
