During an appearance in Schuyler County Court, a Burdett man pleaded guilty to a felony charge of criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Steven Mayo was arrested for selling methamphetamine within the county.
The 45-year-old could get up to two-and-a-half years in prison when sentenced on March 14th by Judge Matthew Hayden.
