A Steuben County man was killed Tuesday after a cement wall collapsed on top of him.
The incident happened at Clark’s Specialty in the village of Bath. Two people were cleaning scrap metal from a fire that happened a few months ago when a piece of heavy equipment accidentally hit a cement wall, causing it to become unstable. The wall then fell on top of Gerald Cleveland, killing him.
Bath Police said that OSHA is investigating the Delaware Avenue incident.
