Keuka College has once again earned national recognition as a 2024-25 College of Distinction, a prestigious honor that highlights its commitment to providing a transformative undergraduate education.

The accolade underscores the College’s dedication to hands-on learning, strong student-faculty relationships, an active campus community, and stellar student outcomes.

“Keuka College’s recognition by Colleges of Distinction is a testament to our unwavering commitment to our core values,” said Keuka College President Amy Storey. “We pride ourselves on creating a strong sense of community, opening doors to opportunity, and, most importantly, prioritizing the success of each and every student. This designation underscores our dedication to providing an environment where students can thrive academically, personally, and professionally.”

Keuka College has now been honored by the Colleges of Distinction program for a decade, reflecting its consistent excellence. In addition to the College as a whole, the College’s Business,
Education, and Nursing programs each also earned individual recognition.

Tyson Schritter, chief operating officer at Colleges of Distinction, said that while a college degree opens the door to many opportunities, a truly worthwhile education prepares students to thrive once they walk through that door.

“Keuka College’s curriculum encourages meaningful student-faculty collaboration,” he said.

Colleges of Distinction is a leading national resource for educators, parents, and students that focuses on smaller, community-centered colleges and universities that it believes are uniquely equipped to prepare students for successful careers, active citizenship, and lifelong learning.
