A New Jersey woman was seriously injured after police say she pulled in front of a Geneva City School District bus at the intersection of County Road 6 and Billsboro Road in the town of Geneva.

64-year-old Ingrid Crane, of Hardyston, New Jersey, was driving west on Billsboro Road at around 3:30 Monday afternoon when he failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and pulled in front of the school bus heading north on County Road 6. Crane was airlifted by Mercy Flight to Strong for treatment of internal and head injuries.

The driver of the school bus, 44-year-old Cassandra Powers, of Waterloo, the bus monitor, and three students on board were checked over at the scene for minor injuries. All of the students were taken to Geneva General Hospital for precautionary checkovers.

Crane was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign and speeding.
