Seneca Falls Man Accused of Selling Another Person’s Property

A theft investigation has resulted in the arrest of a 44-year-old Seneca Falls man.

John Walters, Junior, is accused of stealing property from the victim who had left personal property at Walters’ secondary residence for an extended period of time. Investigators say Walters took the property and sold it. He was charged with petit larceny.

Walters was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
