An Ontario County man has been acquitted of a murder charge, but convicted on weapons charges.
Christopher Kesterson of Phelps was found not guilty Friday afternoon of second-degree murder. He was found guilty of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 13th, he faces up to 15 years in prison.

Ellison pleaded guilty to manslaughter on the day his joint trial with Kesterson was set to begin. He faces 20 years in prison.
