An employee of a Mexican restaurant at the Eastview Mall was charged with assault after allegedly injuring two co-workers.
Angel Torres, of Fairport, is accused of striking the coworkers at Adelita’s Mexican Cocina Thursday afternoon resulting in both being injured. Both victims were taken to the hospital for their injuries.
The 35-year-old Torres was charged with two counts of assault and was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
