SHARE NOW

Police have arrested a former Seneca Falls resident after she allegedly abandoned a total of 14 cats and dogs when she moved out of her home.

Amber Goodman was arrested by Seneca Falls Police on an outstanding warrant charging her with 14 counts of overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals and 14 counts of animal abandonment. She was also charged with failure to provide sustenance.

The alleged incident involving the 40-year-old Goodman occurred in 2023.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
