If you shopped at any Wegmans store and used a credit card on Wednesday, you may have been charged twice.
The company says thousands of credit card transactions in-store and online were accidentally charged twice. How it happened remains unclear. EBT and debit card transactions were not impacted.
Wegmans says it will reverse duplicate charges for those impacted customers in the next few days.
