A child abuse investigation in Wayne County has resulted in the arrest of an Ontario woman.
37-year-old Leslie Dinsmore is accused of striking a five-year-old child using a tablet charging cable with enough force to cause marks on the victim’s arm and injure the child. Dinsmore was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Dinsmore was being held at the Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
