A Shortsville man has been arrested in connection with an alleged sexual abuse incident that happened Sunday morning near the lakefront pier in Geneva.
Juston Crisp was arrested on Thursday by the Geneva Police Department for Sexual Abuse in the First Degree: contact by forcible compulsion. He was sent to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment. The 32-year-old was released without bail and will have to appear in City of Geneva Criminal Court at a later date.
No other details of the alleged incident were released.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
