A 63-year-old Wayne County man has been arrested for allegedly sending inappropriate text messages to an underage girl.
Police say their investigation into Stephen Stabley started last April when it was reported he had a several month-long text exchange with the girl that included inappropriate content.
The Ontario man was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
