26-year-old James Wright, Junior, is accused of kicking in the door of an apartment in the town of Huron. When police arrived, he physically resisted, which resulted in one of the officers suffering an undisclosed injury. The altercation with police happened in front of two children.

At last word, Wright was awaiting arraignment on charges of assault, criminal mischief, obstruction of governmental administration, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
