The Wayne County man State Police arrested last month for scamming at least 17 different residents out of thousands of dollars after they paid him to plow their driveways during the winter, but he allegedly failed to do so, is facing new charges.
39-year-old Chad Brockman, of Ontario, turned himself in on Monday to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for complaints they had received. The owner of Brock’s Contracting was charged with petit larceny and two counts of scheming to defraud.
Brockman was released on an appearance ticket.
