Police say the Fairport woman then recklessly reversed her car and hit 83-year-old Maryann Delfino, also of Fairport, at a high rate of speed as she was walking behind Marchioli’s car. Delfino passed away at Strong Memorial Hospital hours later. Marchioli was ticketed for unsafe backing.
