First responders were call Monday morning to the intersection of Route 14, Skuse, and Packwood Roads in Phelps for a two car accident.
One car left the intersection and struck a ditch, and the other drove up into the front yard of home.
Phelps Ambulance, Finger Lakes Ambulance, and the Oaks Corners Fire Department were called to the accident scene.
The intersection has been the scene of two fatal accidents one in 1996 and another in 2006.
Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies have not released any other details on those involved in the crash.
