Two Accused of Assault at Dundee Racetrack

SHARE NOW

Two Waterloo residents are facing assault following the investigation into an incident that happened at Outlaw Speedway in Dundee almost two months ago.

An investigation by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office determined 50-year-old Jamie Eldredge, Senior, had sprayed multiple people with a chemical aerosol device during an altercation at the race track on October 19th.  It is also alleged that 48-year-old Bambi Hurlbert had sprayed another person with a similar device while chasing others.

Eldredge was charged with three counts of assault and harassment while Hurlbert was charged with assault and menacing.

Eldredge and Hurlbert were being held at the Yates County Jail for arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
