A trio of Seneca County residents have been arrested for allegedly stealing property, including a dog, from a commercial business in Seneca Falls.
19-year-old Alija Kise and 18-year-old Christopher Evans, both of Seneca Falls, and 18-year-old Steven Kirby of Waterloo are accused of breaking into the Fall Street building during the early morning hours of September 30th. Police quickly located the suspects and the dog was returned unharmed.
All three face charges of burglary, conspiracy, petit larceny, theft of a companion animal, and underage possession of alcohol. The suspects were processed and released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
