It’s just a temporary pause in construction. The developers of the $25-million dollar Lake’s Edge Seneca hotel and luxury townhouse project say they are reorganizing financing. Geneva Mayor Steve Valentino read a letter from the the developers at last week’s city council meeting.
The construction is expected to begin again later this month.
Plans for the former American Legion property call for 25 homes near the lake, a 113-room hotel, and restaurant.
