An 18-year-old was arrested on assault charges following an alleged incident at his school.
Trevor Halladay, of Phelps, was arrested Friday following the investigation into the report of a physical altercation that took place at school.
Halladay was released on an appearance ticket for Phelps Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
