A Stanley man is facing a felony charge for incest.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the Monday arrest of David McQuay after he allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a member of his family.
The 68-year-old was taken to the Ontario County Jail for CAP Arraignment and will answer the charge against him at a later date in Gorham Town Court.
