Sodus Bar and Grill Destroyed by Fire

Fire destroyed a popular bar and restaurant in Wayne County early Saturday morning.

In a post on its Facebook page, the owner of Adam’s Rascals Bar and Grill in Sodus said the fire broke out at around 2:30 Saturday morning. The post went on to say that the stiff wind allowed the fire to spread quickly and the building was engulfed in flames at no time. Sodus, Wallington, East Williamson and Williamson Fire Departments all worked to put out the fire.

There is still no word yet on what caused it.
