The decision on whether to issue the state’s largest landfill a town operating permit was tabled by the Seneca Falls Town Board.

The town permit confirms Seneca Meadows operates in accordance with zoning codes. Even if the town decides against granting a permit, the landfill can still operate as it has a state permit, which supersedes the town permit.
