Seneca Falls Police need your help in finding a man accused of sexual abuse and forcible touching.
Jose Hernandez is accused of failing to appear in court on those charges as well as endangering the welfare of a child. Hernandez is 53 years old, 5’9, 222 pounds, is bald, and has brown eyes.
