Seneca Falls Man Accused of Raping Teen Multiple Times

SHARE NOW

The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department has announced additional charges against a Seneca Falls man following an ongoing sexual assault investigation.

24-year-old Walter Wise was charged with three counts of Rape in the Second Degree.

According to investigators, the case stems from an investigation that began in December. Police allege that Wise had sexual intercourse with a victim under the age of 15 on at least three occasions in the Town of Seneca Falls.

Wise was already in custody on other charges related to the case at the time of the arrest. He was arraigned on the new charges and remains held.

An order of protection has been issued in connection with the case.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
