A 35-year-old Seneca Falls man was arrested after police investigated a report of child abuse.
Zachary Young was charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an incident at a local home. Police say the investigation confirmed that a child was physically harmed inside the residence.
Young was taken to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment.
An order of protection has been requested on behalf of the child.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
