An inmate at the Seneca County Jail was arrested Tuesday for allegedly assaulting a Corrections Officer.
Police say the officer Johnathon Flesch assaulted on August 8th suffered injuries. In addition to assault, the 30-year-old Flesch was charged with criminal mischief for purposely damaging jail property.
Flesch was arrested earlier this month for an incident at the Seneca County Division of Human Services in which he allegedly refused to leave and assaulted a member of the Sheriff’s Office and Probation Department, one of whom suffered a serious injury.
Flesch is scheduled to appear at Seneca County CAP Court to answer the charges.
