New York Sea Grant and the Cornell Atkinson Center for Sustainability are organizing an Upstate Seafood Summit in Geneva.
New York Sea Grant’s Seafood Technology Specialist, Dr. Michael Ciaramella says the meeting will include food safety updates, and networking opportunities, with a special focus on both farm-raised and wild-harvested seafood sectors.
The summit, scheduled for March 5th at Cornell AgriTech’s Jordan Hall. Attendance is free, but participants are encouraged to register in advance.
