One person had to be taken to the hospital following a car vs motorcycle collision Saturday in Clyde.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened at around 9:30a at the intersection of W Genesee and Lock Streets. The operator of the car is accused of failing to yield the right of way at the intersection and striking the motorcycle. This caused the motorcycle to go off the roadway and strike a tree.
The operator of the motorcycle was taken to Newark Wayne Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Deputies were assisted at the scene by State Police, Clyde Fire Company, and Eastern Wayne Ambulance.
