Rochester Regional Health opened its new Victor Medical Campus Monday, a nearly 10,000-square-foot facility bringing several healthcare specialties together in one convenient and accessible building for patients. It offers Orthopedic Care, Family Medicine, Cardiology, X-Ray Services and the only walk-in, no-appointment-needed Orthopedic Urgent Care in the area.
The Victor Medical Campus is located in the Cobblestone Court plaza across from the Eastview Mall, off the Route 96 corridor in Victor.
“The opening of Rochester Regional Health’s Victor Medical Campus is the next step forward in our mission to bring comprehensive health care services to patients and the community wherever they may be,” said Richard “Chip” Davis, Rochester Regional Health CEO. “Today, we’re adding to the incredible momentum we’ve built with other recent milestones, such as the Women’s Health Center in Pittsford and the recent groundbreaking of our future medical campus in Geneva. We are committed to meeting the growing healthcare needs of our communities throughout the Finger Lakes region and ensuring care is available for all our patients close to home.”
The Victor Medical Campus will welcome Family Medicine providers to the area who can take new patients. Rochester Regional Health says it knows that primary care is more important than ever and plays a vital role in early detection, preventive care, and the management of chronic conditions and is committed to expanding that important care to all our patients.
The walk-in Orthopedic Urgent Care at the campus will be open during the day, evenings, and on Saturdays—no appointments are needed. If x-rays, casting, or bracing are required, these services are available on-site during the visit. If necessary, patients can return to the same office for follow-up care with an orthopedic specialist.
“We know that when injuries happen, treatment can’t wait. We’re thrilled this walk-in Orthopedic Urgent Care center offers patients immediate access to specialized care when they need it most,” said Dr. M. Gordon Whitbeck, Rochester Regional Health Executive Medical Director of Orthopedics. “Our goal is to provide timely, convenient, high-quality orthopedic care so that our community members can quickly return to doing the activities they love.”
The Orthopedic Urgent Care also extends our athletic training partnership with several local schools in Victor and the surrounding towns, colleges, and universities.
The Victor Medical Campus will open to patients on Tuesday.
