Two Geneva residents are facing felony charges after a no-knock search warrant was executed Friday morning.
The warrant was the result of a month-long investigation by the City of Geneva Police Department and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident happened at approximately 6:00a at a residence on Rose St in the city. During the search, a large quantity of crack cocaine was found along with materials used to package and distribute narcotics.
As a result, 42-year-old Emmy Lou White and 32-year-old Lawrence Sullivan III were each charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance with additional charges pending. Both have been previously convicted of felonies.
Following their arrests. the pair were taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
