Police Accuse Woman of Burglarizing Seneca Falls Home

A 44-year-old woman faces a laundry list of charges following her arrest for a residential burglary that occurred in the town of Seneca Falls.

Police say after Nicole Tratt broke into the home, she caused damage and attempted to steal several items. She is also alleged to have entered two separate outbuildings, causing damage and stealing items. The homeowner called police after finding Tratt on their property.

Tratt, who has no permanent address, has been charged three counts of burglary, two counts of criminal trespass along with single counts of petit larceny, attempted petit larceny and obstruction of governmental administration when she was allegedly uncooperative with police during processing.

After Tratt was processed, she was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP arraignment proceedings.
