Penn Yan Man Accused of Rape in Wayne County

A Penn Yan man has been arrested on rape charges.

The alleged incident involving 28-year-old Christopher Dwello happened in the town of Macedon.

Dwello was arrested by Penn Yan Police before being turned over to authorities in Wayne County to await arraignment.
