A teenager who was struck by a car in Victor is expected to make a full recovery.
Police say it happened at around 2:30 Wednesday afternoon in the area of High Street and Piper Meadow Drive. An investigation determined the 15-year-old was attempting to cross the road when they were struck by a southbound car that failed to yield. The driver, Moniche Heusler, of Farmington, was issued a traffic ticket.
The teen was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester for non-life-threatening injuries.
