The seminar was led by Jim Bontrager, Chaplain of the Elkhart, Indiana Police Department and past president of the International Conference of Police Chaplains.

The Sheriff’s Office thanked Bontrager for leading the training, the attendees for their participation, and Chautauqua County Sheriff James Quattrone for helping make the event possible.

Sheriff’s Offices represented at the seminar included Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, Schuyler, Chautauqua, Greene, Ulster, Delaware, Rensselaer, Orleans, Montgomery, Monroe, and Allegany counties.
