An investigation at the Dollar General store in the town of Manchester conducted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of a Shortsville man on Saturday.
No additional details were given other than 49-year-old Anthony Fluke was charged with sex abuse and forcible touching.
Fluke was released following his arraignment on an appearance ticket for Manchester Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
