A homicide in Ontario County is under investigation.
According to State Police, 26-year-old Adam Record of Manchester showed up at the Victor home of a 20-year-old man at around 2:30 Saturday morning and began to attack him as he got out of his car. Record suffered multiple lacerations and was pronounced dead at the scene. The 20-year-old, who has not yet been identified, suffered a broken ankle and was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Investigators believe this is an isolated incident with no current threat to the public. The investigation remains active and is continuing at this time.
