SHARE NOW

The Clyde-Savannah football player charged with unlawful surveillance in the case of the alleged sexual assault that occurred inside a locker room at the school on Halloween will have his case handled by family court.

The case was moved from Youth Court on Thursday because the suspect was 15 years old at the time of the October 31st incident. The three other defendants in the case, ages 15, 16, and 17 are charged with hazing, forcible touching, and aggravated sexual abuse. It’s alleged that the assault involving a 14-year-old victim was recorded and shared on social media.

13 WHAM reports a decision is pending on whether their individual cases will move to family court as well.
