The Route 96A project will repair and resurface the highway from North of Woodworth Road to Routes 5/20 including new drainage work in the Seneca County Towns of Waterloo and Fayette is getting closer to be completed.
The state Department of Transportation reports the $7.1 million dollar project is expected to be finished on December 1st.
One new change will be stop lights at the intersection of West River Road, Boody’s Hill Road and 96A. The lights are currently being installed.
Once the project is finished the ramp leading from 5&20 will also reopen.
