A man wanted by Wayne County Court for multiple felonies, including burglary and assault, now faces more charges after his arrest in Rochester.
State Troopers say they assisted US Marshalls Monday afternoon in a traffic stop on Dewey Ave that found 18-year old Javyon Ogden of Rochester was wanted by Wayne County for eight counts of burglary, three counts of assault, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
During the stop, he was also found to be in possession of a defaced handgun with 16 rounds of ammunition, adding four felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon to the charges against him.
Ogden was taken to Monroe County Jail for arraignment on the new charges.
